You may, at your discretion, establish a business in competition with The Harbour Club Pte Ltd. However, in recognition of the commercial value such actions may extract, you agree to pay a flat-rate fee of £6,500 per customer acquired, plus 50% of any associated revenue. Both parties agree to settle such invoices within 30 days of issuance.
- Post-course support is offered free of charge to past delegates and is not linked to any payment plan. This support is provided entirely at our discretion.
- Access may be revoked in instances of abusive or inappropriate behaviour. Support is a privilege, not a right.
- By attending our events, you grant The Harbour Club unrestricted commercial usage rights to any video or photographic material in which you may appear.
- Course content and scheduling may be adjusted at our discretion.
- You agree to electronically sign these terms before attending the course. Failure to e-sign does not constitute a waiver of any part of these terms.
- If after attending the first two days of the course you determine that the business model is not suitable for you, you may notify Jeremy after dinner on day two and receive a full refund—no questions asked.
- You may also stay one additional night at the provided accommodations free of charge.
- By attending day three of the course, you personally guarantee payment of the full outstanding balance without exception.
- Use the information to conduct your own deals.
- Do not teach the content to others.
- Do not publish, print, or distribute the content.
- Do not record or film any training sessions.
- Keep confidential information shared by other delegates private.
- Maintain confidentiality around the case studies presented.
- We aim to be flexible with scheduling changes. If you cancel prior to the course, you may rebook without penalty.
- No refunds will be issued once the deposit has been received.
- Cancelling your payment plan after the seminar does not constitute cancellation of your membership. To cancel membership, you must invoke the money-back guarantee.
- All payment plans must be completed in full and are non-refundable.
- Our marketing materials, developed since 2009, are commercially valuable assets. Any direct copying, modification, or use of our website content (text or audio) for a similar product or service is governed by our Copy Licensing Agreement.
- You agree to pay a licensing fee of £50,000 per creative, valid for 10 years, for any such use. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
